ART THROUGH ANIME CAMP
Art Through Anime Camp offers you a journey into the Anime films of Miyazaki and the anime process itself. Students will start with the anime process of “sketching” and move into adding colored pencil touches and ink pen detail, used so effectively in Anime.
Students will have a choice of 3 films as we move through the character and storyboarding process. Students will create watercolor backgrounds for the vivid anime characters they sketch and ultimately create.
Supplies students will need are: #2 pencil, eraser and pencil sharpener, colored pencils, water color sets and 3 water color brushes, and a fine point ink pen. (Most of these can be found at Bartells Drug stores or you can order these for pick up at Michaels Art supplies conveniently located at Crossroads.
